  • ⏱ Delivery Time: Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • 💰 Shipping Fee:

    • Orders below ₹99 → ₹100 shipping charge

    • Orders ₹99 and above → ✅ Free Shipping

  • 📦 Packaging: Your snacks are packed with care to preserve crunch, freshness, and quality during transit.

🌎 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries via reliable courier services.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on customs clearance and destination.

Return & Exchange Information

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.

✅ Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Report within 3 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong product.

  • Unopened, Unused Items: If the product is intact and unused, request a return within 2 days.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, opened or used snack packs cannot be returned.
